Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid conditions, and metabolic issues
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers
• Provide both inpatient and outpatient care as needed
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle changes, and managing chronic conditions
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in endocrinology to provide the best care possible
• Participate in on-call duties and be available to handle emergencies as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of endocrine disorders
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for patient care with a focus on long-term management and prevention
• Active or ability to obtain medical licensure in Illinois
