Job Summary:

Capital Pediatrics, in partnership with Pediatric Associates, is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to join our dedicated team. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive pediatric care from newborns to young adults. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who prioritize patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Team: Join a group of 3 Pediatricians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers
• Schedule: 4-day work week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call Schedule: 1:12 weeks (office call)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including routine checkups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families, fostering a provider-parent partnership.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated on advancements in pediatric medicine and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Valid medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
