Client Services Specialist

Job Summary:

Genesis10 is seeking a Client Services Specialist for a six-month+ contract-to-hire position with our financial services client. This role requires five days a week of onsite work and involves supporting investment management, banking, and loan products by assisting multiple operations teams. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless client support through cash disbursements, transactional processing, and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Assist multiple operations teams in supporting investment management, banking, and loan products throughout the life of an account.
• Facilitate cash movement for Wealth Management clients across investment management and banking platforms.
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with risk and regulatory procedures.
• Process outgoing cash movements, including foreign and domestic wires, ACH transfers, checks, and internal transfers.
• Foster strong partnerships with client-facing staff nationwide to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Perform data entry and review sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes.
• Provide support for various project-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cash movement processes, including wire transfers, ACH, and checks.
• Experience handling sensitive client information with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial transaction processing systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively support client-facing teams.
