CRNA Locums need in Duluth, MN

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled CRNA for a Locum Tenens opportunity in North Carolina. This position offers a diverse and engaging work environment, combining pediatric, geriatric, and adult patient care. You will work Monday through Friday with flexible shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours. The role focuses primarily on COH/CCOS cases, such as orthopedics, orthopedic trauma, general surgery, gynecology, and some pediatric cases. There are no OB or NORA responsibilities. This is a great chance to contribute to a wide range of anesthesia cases while working with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia care for pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients, with approximately 33% of each patient type
• Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, trauma, general surgery, and gynecology
• Perform anesthesia procedures in diverse clinical settings with an emphasis on COH/CCOScases
• Manage a patient load of 2-6 cases per day, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Utilize EPICfor electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
• No OB or NORA responsibilitiesin this role

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted North Carolina Licenseis required
• Board Certified (BC) CRNAwith a valid certification
• Current BLSand ACLS certifications
• A minimum of 5 years of CRNA experience
• Strong experience handling a variety of anesthesia cases, ensuring patient safety and effective care
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, collaborating across specialties
• Knowledge of advanced anesthesia techniques and the ability to adapt to different clinical scenarios
