Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Systems Analyst to serve as the key liaison between business and IT teams. In this role, you will analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance business performance. You will play a critical role in problem-solving, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation while ensuring all procedural documentation is up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to define and document functional requirements.
• Conduct technical analysis of business needs and recommend solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in system testing, issue resolution, and implementation verification to ensure smooth deployment.
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Support post-implementation processes, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions through ongoing communication and collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, IT project management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, system documentation, and process modeling.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems is a plus.

Salary:

• $75,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
