ENT Opportunity in Southern Illinois

Job Summary:

Southern Illinois Healthcare is excited to expand its growing ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) practice and is seeking a skilled ENT Physician to join our community-based hospital system. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment with support from a dedicated team, including advanced practice providers and audiology specialists. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive ENT care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for various conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat
• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including audiologists, pediatric specialists, and primary care providers
• Provide both in-office and surgical procedures for a wide variety of ENT conditions
• Serve as a mentor and support for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the clinic
• Stay up to date with advancements in ENT treatments and techniques to ensure high-quality patient care
• Participate in call rotation and provide after-hours care as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong clinical and surgical skills in the field of ENT, with experience across a variety of procedures and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and staff
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary care team
• Active medical license in Illinois or eligibility for licensure
• Experience with pediatric care is a plus but not required
